1. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally at this time.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, after processing begins, orders cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Do you accept returns?

7. How do I care for the plants I buy from Luxemarrt?

We provide care instructions for each plant on its product page. In general, most of our plants require indirect light, regular watering, and a well-draining pot. Be sure to check the specific care needs for each plant variety.

8. Can I purchase gift cards for Luxemarrt?

At this time, we do not offer gift cards, but we are working on introducing this feature in the future. Please check back soon for updates.
