Order Cancellation Policy

At Luxemarrt, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and hassle-free. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or modify your order. Please read our Order Cancellation Policy below for more information.

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, we begin processing your order for shipment, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • Once an order has been shipped or is in the process of being shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item under our Refund & Returns Policy once you receive it.

2. How to Cancel an Order

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at Support@luxemarrt.shop as soon as possible. Provide your order number and details of the request, and our team will assist you in processing the cancellation.
  • If the order has not been shipped yet, we will promptly cancel it and issue a refund.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your order is successfully canceled before it has been shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that if the order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to return the items for a refund under our Refund & Returns Policy.

4. Modifying an Order

  • We currently do not allow changes to orders once they have been placed. If you wish to modify your order, you will need to cancel the original order within 24 hours and place a new order with the correct items.

5. Exceptions

  • Orders for customized or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation. These orders will be processed and shipped as per your request and cannot be modified or refunded once processed.

6. Order Cancellation Due to Stock Issues

  • If an item is out of stock or unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative product or a full refund for the unavailable item.
